IFFA helps customers develop their own patterns through following process:

1. Customers provide AI, PSD, TIFF or JPEG (300dpi) files. If there is no digital file, customers can send real sample (that can be anything such as a hard copy, a piece of fabric, a piece of wood panel...) to IFFA. Then IFFA will be able to make a digital file accoring to the real sample.
2. IFFA finishes the continuous pattern for printing. Customers then confirm the pattern by digital file or hardcopy.
3. After customers' approval, the confirmed pattern goes to cylinders development.
4. IFFA prints sample film with newly developed cylinders for customers' confirmation.
5. After the sample film confirmation, customers can place the order for mass production. PS. If the designs are related to any copyright, customers have to provide the authorization letter.

In some cases, customers may like IFFA's patterns in different colors. This is also applicable. IFFA prints the colors according to customers requests and ships the film for approval. After confirmation, a new code number will be assigned. Customers can place the order with the their own code number.

IFFA's standard hydrographic cylinders' widths are 50cm / 60cm / 80cm / 100cm / 120cm / 150cm and circumferences are 48cm / 60cm. Customers may ask for special sizes of cylinders for their own patterns or IFFA offered patterns.
