This system is most often adopted by automobile manufacturers or larger processors becaouse of its high production capacity and low requirement of human resources. Besides, customers can choose activating first, activating later or both for the activating function based on their needs.

2.Unit dipping system
IFFA's automatic unit dipping system does not only provides efficiency of mass production but also flexibility of small quantity production. This system is often adopted by medium or large processors. It is equipped with standard activating later device and straight dipping arm.

MManual-dipping system

IFFA supplies various sizes of manual dipping tanks to fit customers' needs. IFFA's manual dipping tanks are cost-effective and become good choices for start-ups to acquire new machines or for existing processors to expand their production lines. In additional to standard tanks, customized tanks are also available. Customers can ask for special specifications of the tanks or add automatic activating device, dipping arm, humidity control box or spray gun to upgrade their manual tanks into semi-automatic systems.
